Where can I buy some parrots feather and when can I put it in the pond. I live in NY and it is a little cold still. Also water lettuce and hyacinths needed for my pond,

I got some anacharis on ebay a couple years ago, might try there.  The other choice is to see if any local nurseries have water plants...some do around here in so cal.
I'm broke and can't afford to pay attention, so you might have to lend me an ear.
