Where can I buy some parrots feather and when can I put it in the pond. I live in NY and it is a little cold still. Also water lettuce and hyacinths needed for my pond,

I will have extra parrot's feather but not until July, hopefully someone who had a warmer spring will have some for you.

I got some anacharis on ebay a couple years ago, might try there.  The other choice is to see if any local nurseries have water plants...some do around here in so cal.
