More Garden Shots
« on: May 14, 2009, 05:22:59 PM »
It is so pleasant tonight... a comfortable 88 degrees, the humidity is down and there's a breeze.  I wish every day was like this one.   :)

Thanks Tink.  The frog probably wasn't there before.  I have a habit of moving stuff around.  Almost every day I have to fiddle with something.   :P

Heat is all relative... :o  :P

Always a pleasure to visit your garden via photos.  This time I especially love the corbel mustached face.  Is it cast iron or concrete?  Another great find!

Annette, you seem to be developing a reputation for being heat intolerant.   ;)

The mustached corbel is concrete.  And changing in color every year.  He has a companion and I imagine they should be carrying a load, perhaps a shelf.     But the squirrels are very active on the back fence...

Sucks, major!  :P  I like the outdoors and part of the time need to work outside.  I think working out in the sun and sweating in a suit and heels really made me want to hide from the heat.  Now I chase the shade and enjoy May gray and  June gloom!

My brother lives along the beach and he and his wife hate the fog and gloom they get most of the time plus it's usually about 10 to 20 degrees cooler than inland.  If he ever wants to switch houses with me I would do it in a flash!  :D O0

BTW You find the greatest things for your garden.
