Crystal ornaments, speaking of crafts
« on: August 16, 2009, 08:59:15 PM »
There was a store going out of business by me over a year ago and I bought a bunch of these crystal ornaments on clearance there to try this. I finally have some time. What do you think? Do you think I could re-sell them? If so what kind of price? The ornaments sold for $7.99 before clearance and I did a small bit of glass paint on the ones with the fish. I did try outline one of the butterfly ones but it was not a fine enough line so I did not care for the outline and need to get a finer liner for the other butterfly. I also did a 11" vase.

Those are beautiful Tracy. You shouldn't have any problem selling them. I have no idea about a price, I'm cheap.

I just bet somebody wrote out a reply and forgot to hit the post button  ::)
annsc_29710, I listed the ornaments on artfire.com for $10 each and there is an option to make offers for the really cheep  ;D or if they don't feel they are worth that much.

That's the trouble with handcrafted stuff, you can never get back the worth of your time.

Tracey, those are cute.
