Lotus tubers and runners
« on: March 06, 2010, 09:22:41 AM »
These tubers are ready to go. You can store them by keeping them in water and place them in a dark place where they stay around 45*, or plant them and cover the soil with water and keep them at around 45* until you can put them in your pond. They are hardy so as long as the tips do not get broken or the tuber does not freeze or dry out they should do fine. They will start growing when the water is warm. Planting instructions will be included.
I will mail out tubers on Monday, March 15. They will be mailed priority mail.
Tubers are $10 each, runners are $7 each for named varieties and tubers are $7 each, runners are $5 each for the lost tag. Shipping is $9 for the first tuber, $3 for each additional tuber. I take Paypal. Quantities are limited. Email me matherfish@aol.com if you want to order any. Thanks and happy ponding!
