That's a nice tomatoe!  o(:-)

I planted a dozen of various kinds today. One cherry (all the smaller varieties of tomatoes will overrun a garden), two roma types, and the rest medium large. Nothing as spectacular as the Burpee you have ordered.

But my daughter likes to eat tomatoes right out of the garden, hot from the sun. So smaller is better. :)

I also planted cabbage, Bok Choy, and a pepper (really too early for peppers).

It was a lot of work, and my back hurts... but its an annual ritual of spring.  o(:-)

I sure don't expect results as pictured, but we Gardner's are optimistic!

BEAUTIFUL tomatoes!!  and Sunbeam I can't believe you actually put out garden... :'(  mine's still under 3 feet of snow.  Before all this snow, around the first week of February, I was contemplating working up my garden and adding some manure.  Thinking about onions and cold weather veges.  That just wasn't in the cards for me... >:(-

I think you will need to go to a specialty bakery to find hamburger buns large enough to hold a slice of those tomatoes......

I can't imagine such success.  I will be happy if they fill a regular bun.
Believe me, I will post if phenomenal.

Just make sure you use your compost when planting and fertilize, baby!
