Negative/Positive rating 5/4 and one may want to be sceptical of those positives. The company has a history of being caught posting positive reviews under alternate names to boost their positive rating.

They are not bricks n' mortar store -- just a small biz ofc in Canton w/o warehouse -- so they are reselling someone else's products. (A lot of pond supply biz do this so this doesn't necessarily mean they are bad.)
