I am so loving this small device that let's me log into internet while in school, this is so worth it. Now I feel like I need an iPhone

Yeah..it is just wildestly awesome... I have no idea if that is even a word..but yeah...I can get on and talk to friends while doing practices now..

You've got an iPod, not the iPad, right? I love my iPhone, by the way, it is with Telcel and it rocks! I want an iPad though, but maybe I'll wait for the next version and let them get the kinks out. I got my iPhone almost 2 years ago and Telcel gives some kind of points for time to get a better price on a new phone. I haven't really figured it out yet, I went into the office but they are rushed and I wasn't sure I understood everything they told me (in Spanish). I really hope I can get a good deal on the new iPhone 4 in Sept, if I can figure out the points thing.

Robacel(Telcel) as people call it here...

..they always have not so nice deals and you end up paying more for everything...
And yeah I got the iPod I am not so fund unto the iPad..it looks so big and I am so dropping it..I always do...

If you need any help you can send the info to me and then I can help you translate and then you will understand...even though I never understand them as well...

Just teasing Howell and a little jealous. I barely can make a phone call or answer one on my cell phone, let alone do much of anything else. But that is the way I want it so I'm not complaining.

You have to buy a data plan for the iPhone, I didn't know how much data I would use so I took the one 2nd from the top, not the most expensive but the 2nd most expensive. Now I know I don't use anywhere near that much of the data and would be fine with a lower plan. I don't want to change it until I get a new phone though, probably wrong but I think that it would change my points somehow. Anyway, I have a ton of data on this plan but I tend to use it more on wireless than on 3G. It works really well on 3G though, when I'm in Akumal I only use 3G and it's pretty fast. Here in Merida there is free wireless in all the parks and it covers much of the city plus I have my wireless at home. I pay $775 pesos a month plus IVA, right now it comes to a little less than $900 pesos a month. I think you could do fine on one of the 2 lower plans though.

If I find the web site with the info on the point plan and discounts for phones I'll post the URL and see if you can help me figure it out.

Still trying to convince him...and we should all give carlos slim more money...that poor guy has no money at all.

Anywho, have you heard about Mugre-star?...I mean movistar...do you know if they have this phone...?
I am going to cell my current cellphone and maybe the ipod and get a new iPhone....

Android is the operating system, open source, developed by Google. Mainly it is used in smart phones and there are a TON of apps for it. Motorola has the Droid but I don't see one on the Telcel web site. I tried searching Telcel for android but it didn't work, perhaps they use a different name for it in Spanish or ?
