the pic of my one lone lily given to me by DD#1 last year.  I potted her up at the end of the season, fertilized her in early spring and she rewarded me with this smile in the rain.... :)

Nice O0 and I agree the first one is always special. I had a white bloom last week, and I can't remember who I got it from, but very nice.
