I never knew my father, but here is a photo of him.

One of these guys is my father, I think, but I never met either one.  My "uncle" Larry showed me these.  He used to stay with us when my father was out of town, but something's fish there... I know my father didn't have any brothers.

We have something in-common guys.
This is me and my Father the day we met!  It was at a bus station. One of those booths where you got 4 photos for 25 cents. Now I look like him!

Glad to say my kids got a better deal!

Perhaps that explains why the mail is always late.....and why there are so many young kids running around the neighborhood who appear to look like the mailman....

This Daddy got a Heavenly Ski Resort Season Pass in Tahoe this past weekend for Father's Day.  Very happy Daddy.

It's probably been ten years since we were at Tahoe.  Beautiful lake!  I've never been there in the winter.

Here's a pic of me and my Dad.  He died from a stroke not long after this was taken.
I don't have many memories of him, but I do remember this dog, Stinker, he was the neighbors dog and Dad would let him into the house every evening.............Mom didn't allow dogs.

I knew my Dad.  He was my hero. Miss him still and think about him everyday.
My DH Dad's died in a POW camp in Korea.  He only remembers seeing him once.
It's a big job Dads out there.

Nice "Just me" & Indiana Karen. I think because Mike and I had bad experiences it made us better dad's then we might have been!

Michael:  Over the years you have provided us with some fascinating stories and have had a wonderful way of expressing some of them with humor.  Having the gift of humor in otherwise not funny situations has provided a handsome income for a number of comedians.  You might consider honing your stories and give some of the local comedy stores a shot....  Hope to see you on the Tonight Show in a few years....

I seriously have thought about the stage thing, I had practice when I used to do the stage shows with Rocky... it was fun, and I really did enjoy it.
