Bug Convention
« on: July 26, 2011, 10:38:15 AM »
I have a lot of milkweed plants....and therefore a lot of milkweed bugs.  For the last several mornings I have seen this group gathered together on the leaves of this Peruvian Lily growing next to some milkweeds.  I didn't have any bug spray made up so I went inside to see what was available.  It came down to hair spray or Lysol......  I chose Lysol.  I like clean bugs.....

They may have liked it.  Looked to me like they were lifting their little arms and scrubbing their armpits while I was spraying them...... {:-P;;

lol  I sprayed some ants once and they kept going... if you listened closely you could hear one of them say, "that all you got??"  haha
I'm broke and can't afford to pay attention, so you might have to lend me an ear.
