WOW! So much has changed!  It's now a jungle paradise in suburbia!  I do love all the plants around the pond.

I know you guys won't belive this, but I spotted a Land Shark in the area. Hope he does not go into the pond. If he does i will get a photo if i can, if it's not too dangerous! :o

Hey Jerry:

Good photoshop...I thought it was going to be the SNL land shark!

BTW happy New Year, finally retired and move to VA.  I bought a new spin cast reel a Penn battle all SS that I hope to try out shortly.

Actually it was a scissors and rubber cement.  Hope you laughed.
Penn is tops.  I use conventional reels 90% of the time, but the SS series is excellent.  @O@

I am confused. Is this the old pond redone or a new pond?

Hi Vickie:

It is the same pond, but in 6 years the surrounding landscape has grown.  I make changes all the time anyway. >:(- o(:-)

You guys can laugh all you want, but now the girls in the neighborhood think playing in the pond is cool.  I told them about the shark, like you, they just laughed!   I fear the worst!

Lots of activity going on around your place there Jerry.  First thing you know, you'll have a bus load of young men stopping by to surf.
