« on: March 31, 2007, 08:17:30 PM »

At the display gardens at a wholesale place where I buy a lot of stuff for work, and for my gardens...
Found a fairie sitting in a forest... ;)

From the same wholesaler...A Harry Lauder's Walking Stick

And pix from my friend Johns Koi Farm in Manorville.

Was a beautiful day. 8)
The we finished it off by mom, daughter and other girlfriends going for dinner and a movie: 'The Last Mimzy'.
What a great movie! @O@
Peace to all  ... Joyce

Gorgeous pics - absolutely love the little blue flower.  Jamie is growing up soooo fast . . . .

Checked and both my Harry Lauders are budding out . . . . I love those plants.  Dad has a huge one - at least 6' tall and probably 4 or 5 feet wide.  I tried for years to root a cutting off it but couldn't, so he and Mom bought me two of them one year.  Dad actually bought me one at the same time he bought his, but mine died and we moved to a new house since then.  They grow very slowly.  Wonder if I can move one that big?  I'd hate to leave it or Mom's Daphne if we sell the land . . . .

Glad to hear Mimzy is good - was planning to take the girls next weekend. . . . .

Joyce,

I forgot to mention how pretty your windflower is.  Mine seem to have disappeared over the years, crowded out by the English wood hyacinth.  I ned to find some more...

I've always wanted a Harry Lauder's Walking Stick, but they seem to be Japanese Beetle magnets around here, so I haven't shelled out the $$ for one. There is a gorgeous one I have to park in front of every week for work. I was considering getting curly willow instead and hoping that would satisfy me.
