Seedling bloomed

Well its not the prettiest I have seen but I am going to keep it if I can. This is its first bloom I am hoping that it will get better as it grows. The spekled moroon pad belongs to the bloom no the green pads

I wouldn't kick it outa my pond . . . . but then I haven't met a lily that I would kick outa my pond yet.  I just wish they liked my pond better!

Actually, I think it's a very pretty little flower . . . I love purples and blues and the pads make it worth a lot even when it's not blooming.

Thanks Teresa and Louis. I was surprised it opened today its only been above water 1 day and the bud was so small. I guess that is because its a baby.
