The forum will continue! It has been bought by three very active and experienced people.  The name may change, but that's OK too. i was very amply compensated.
As the guy who started this site 10 years go i am happy that most of you will be pleased.  I'm not concerned about any legacy.   I am concerned and pleased that so many fine members will have a good forum to visit and take part in.
I wish i could mention many  of you by name, .

we had to reject a few offers. If you are a disappointed buyer, that's life and experience. Sometimes there is greater value then may have met your eye.As a very seasoned Real Estate Investor one must look beyond the numbers.

Re: my surgery,  I am almost better. Taking a few auditions next week!  Just hope I don't book one that takes 16 hours. Not ready for that yet.
