My Pond at the End of August

A short video of my pond as it stands after some remodeling.  It's been a hot and humid summer, to the plants have outdone themselves.  This day was after a very heavy rain, which stirred up the sediment in my stream and made the water a little murky, but it cleared itself in about 6 hours.  Remodeling is still underway as I redo some of the rockwork to be similar to what I find in northern Wisconsin.  Next year, I will finally get a bridge constructed over the stream.  Then visitors can come in my back gate, which is faux bois concrete and make a complete circuit around the pond.
