Harness the 3 pubs icon on the top right-hand corner of the screen to start your options menu. Then, select the Shop icon and then select Cash Shop. Scroll down the menu and you'll find Hair and Face choices, just below Decoration. There is where you need to go to switch up your hairdo. You can also, of course, alter your face too.
