Living on the Wild Side!
« on: April 11, 2007, 02:46:00 PM »
That's me!  Today I noticed a white piece of paper hanging from the underside of the computer chair.  I pulled it off to read, "UNDER PENALTY OF LAW THIS TAG IS NOT TO BE REMOVED".  Yeah baby!  Living on the Wild Side..... :o

How dare you break the law like that? You of all people. Just because you are retired doesn't mean you are above the law now.

I lived with those tags for over 20 years - unable even to tear them off pillows I was throwing out.
Thanks for the chuckle.

Cheers,

Mike

That was enough excitement for one day as I kept wondering when someone was going to kick in the door and come and get me.....  :harhar:  Please don't call the cops!  I've re-attached it.......  :-\

I think for tomorrow I might go for a drive with my driver's side window rolled down and let the wind mess up my hair.     Oh yeah, we're really Living on the Wild Side now baby!

That's what I though, Esther.  Maybe I need to find a tag and study it a little closer.

The really sad thing is that Mike worked at the Academy - training impressionable young officers.  One has to question at this point what he taught them?   ;D

LOL - I taught them to always wear clean shorts cuz they don't want to embarrass their momma... ;)

Some people will disagree with the thought behind this statement but perhaps the most important thing I taught them was: Tis better to be tried by 12 than carried by 6......

Come one Debbie - Go for it!  Enjoy the thrill of both window completely down!  You only live once.....  :D

Today I was going to drive in the fast lane of the freeway but I think living on the wild side was a tad bit too much for me.  I threw my back out while getting out of bed this morning.... :(  So I'll be gimping around for the next few days basking in the glory of days gone by in which I lived on the wild side.....
