Nice, I'll have to look it up and see if it is something that might grow here.

Oooh, didn't know they came that small. Love it. I have 'Zuni' grown as a standard and it is in full bloom now but could use some really small ones like that. I love dwarf and miniature shrubs, you can cram more in....

Thanks everyone!

Tinkster...Pokemoke not Pokeman...named after an Indian Tribe. :)
(many Crepe Myrtles are named after Indian Tribes)
I would email the seller and ask specifically if they are Pokemoke. (8:-)

LeeAnne, they are truly dwarfs too, seem to die back to a little clumps each year.
I had 'Chickasaw' planted near the pond at work, and it died the first winter.
Could have been excess winter snow plow runoff, combined with road salt.
And all the Briarcliff Trucks going by it everyday and nearly running it over. ::)
I should try it again in a safer place. (8:-)

That is so beautiful Joyce, I love that color.  What good timing here  too, when the blooming season is starting to die down.

Boy, that seller grossly overuses the word "rare" ! ::)
