Ice cream recall
« on: May 10, 2007, 03:29:16 PM »
Mayfield is recalling their turtle tracks icecream . They have put p-nuts instead of walnuts. This is very important and could be deadly for those with P-nut allergies. They said the batch with this has the code 4/11/08 on the carton.
Have a blessed day

Will this irresponsibility on manufactuer's parts ever end??!! We grow all our own veggies...organically I might add, we can and freeze enough to get us through to the following spring when the first ones start producing again. That covers that food group. Not sure how we can handle the others since we don't grow our own meat and dairy animals (and even if I could I could never kill them, too much of an animal lover to eat some critter i 'knew'.  :( Mine would all die from old age.  ;D)  Guess we could become vegetarians.
