Time.

It seems when I've got many things to do I just don't do it.  I'm catching up with Ponders and I thought...where's everyone?  Is it normally this quiet on Sat. night?

I was busy doing other things last night.  I started out in the late afternoon making a chicken pot pie filling (fantastic recipe) and then that project came to a halt so I could attend an outdoor concert hosted by our city every Saturday evening.  I won two prizes at the concert, tickets to a play and a nice flowering Plumeria (yellow/white).  I then came home and finished  filling up 12 chicken pot pies and placing them into the freezer.....

Think maybe I like chicken pot pies?...... @O@

I know I sounded desperate last night but couldn't help it.  A little stressed out (spent all day with my mother) and needed to cool down. 

 o(:-)I love chicken pot pies, especially home made  {:-P;;  Wow your outdoor concerts give out prizes?  I thought we were lucky to get free concerts or outdoor movies in our city park.  Lucky you to win great prizes.

I feel much better today.  I'm cleaning house so I can go away this week (does that make sense?).  AND preparing food for the kids to heat up while DH and I are away.  :)

I was next door watching the Raiders with my friend.  She just had hammer toe surgery and I'm spending a lot of time over there just to amuse her, she has to keep it elevated for several more days and she's going stir crazy.

Sounds as painful as the name, Jonna.  Today is definitely a stay in AC day.  Hot and humid!!!  Can't imagine the desert  :D

The grandkids are here during their little brother's surgery and recovery. So I think we took them for icecream that night and then it was getting them to bed a little earlier because of church the next day.

Just been cleaning, cleaning and cleaning here.  Getting ready for my daughters birthday party on Aug 12.  I also have to work Saturday nights.  Been to hot to do much of anything outside, except water flowers toppping off ponds, and the pool.
