Jerry will know. For one thing, he had to purchase all of the shirts up front and maybe thought the other sizes wouldn't sell.

I did get 6 XXLs and they did sell! The problem is one can't print 12 tees without the cost sky rocketing. I can solve this by having transfers.  Transfers are not said to be as good as direct printing.  Many say, "Not anymore!" O0
I do own a transfer machine.  Setting it up to do one Tee will be costly too, but I'd do it.

Why just blue?  We did choose a color that a perponderance of the members agreed on.
Otherwise the inventory for multiple colors and sizes would be ENORMOUS! Do the math
It would require space I don't have.

One reason I like caps is the One-size-fits-all factor!  When our tee inventory dwindles I would try caps.
I did research this very carefully.  Part of the huge inventory was my mistake in ordering.  How that happened i will never know.  I am not complaing, but there are several $1000.00 bucks tied up in this.
Yes, there is a modest profit, but the funds would be better used elsewhere.

If anyone knows a better way, do let us know 8)

On a recent vist to LAs Santee Alley, I saw Hanes tees for $7.00 for 10 shirts!  Had to be counterfit!
If you ever wondered where hookers buy their cloths, visit Santee Alley.  My wife says, "Never again!"
Oh yes, I saw some nice pink pimp suits too, even had pink derby hats to match! @O@

The color of the shirts was voted on before Jerry had them printed.

They are very high quality shirts. The printing is excellent. I wear mine when I go to plant sales or nurseries. Someone always comments and I tell them about our forum. I encourage everyone to buy one! Jerry pays for this forum and buying tee shirts is a way to support it.

Yes, direct printing is higher quality than an iron on type. When you did them I had no idea but now I sell printed and embroidered shirts and hats as part of my job. We also do coffee mugs and travel coffee mugs, I'm making more money on them than on gifts and home decor. The individual sales are much higher and the reorders are good too. The quality is high so many of the stores are selling them rather than giving them away. My boss is really cleaning up. He has sold thousands of water bottles and coffee tumblers to Nordstrom.

Love to Chris but making a few is not doable.  When we print again I will make a post asking for special requirements

The quality of the shirts is excellent.  Jerry, please don't compromise on printing or fabric or brand.  They are great.

Re caps:  Not something I would wear.  You might consider visors instead.

Coffee mugs are good, but I think something you can WEAR is better, so people can admire and ask questions.  I got a lot of attention wearing my bright blue American Ponders T-shirt on the last Houston pond tour.

Julles, no fear, I'd never buy cheapie tees.
I did once eons ago, it was like wearing burlap!  Can you imagine the mail I'd get?
I find that true bargains are rare.  Yes, they exist, but too risky.

Hey I bought 2 myself and wear them nearly every weekend.  I would love a cap to go with it!! That way I could embroider Us Navy Senior Chief ret. on the back and kill 2 birds with one stone.
