Rain threatened in L.A. - Lilies today

OK, It is a serious threat of 40 - 50% chance tonight, and as there were clouds hanging around today, tried a few pics.
Fist is the overall pond - very underwhelming, but it is October
Second is a close up - Sioux, Lavender Lace, Mexicana, then last, Colorado
Third - Sioux
Fourth - Colorado.
All trying valiantly, bur not much sun today

Your almost infinity pond is very nice, Mike!  I like!

As to the torrential pour/storm watch (Pre-Winter Storm Watch 2007 as proclaimed by the local Meteorologists as they track it down the coast) we may get tonight, it will be God send for sure.  We desperately need more rain, preferably spread out, but beggars can't be choosers.

Mike that is just stunning, what a nice set up.  Rain, you can have all you want of mine, it has rained here so much there are bummper almost record breaking mushroom crops everywhere, and getting in to trim lilies has not been easy, either raining or as today still in the 40's, even with waders it's cold, and I should really get my tropicals in, but they are still blooming, hate to move them.

Mike your pond and gardens are looking fantastic! Really like seeing photos of your gorgeous lilies. All mine have packed it in for the season. Tropicals are in the greenhouse hopefully tubering and I am going to be setting up the sunroom this week. The nights are getting cold already. Sure would love to live in a warmer climate.
