I got to meet Kit and Ben Knotts yesterday!

I know, big deal. Well, to me it is. Kit and Ben are like living legends in the water garden world to me. When it comes to tropicals, they are my mentors. I got to shake their hands and talk to them. Even though my wife and I were an hour late getting there and I got attacked by one of their trees, I still thoroughly enjoyed myself. We actually got to sit and talk to Kit for a while after the others went to the restraunt (we joined them a little later). I'm on Cloud Nine and I ain't coming down.

Oh, the water lilies were beautiful. I will get pics uploaded tomorrow and post them here.

They are great folks!

I stayed with them a couple years back when I flew down to stay with my good friend Rich Sacher in New Orleans. We made a special trip east to visit with them and share pond talk. Kit and Ben have an amazing place! It truly does deserve the Paradise description people have tagged to it.

Great to hear you got to meet them, they truly are amazing people.
