Didn't really go away
« on: November 14, 2007, 07:30:08 PM »
Just a leave of absence.
I'm a guy that has a lot of interests, one of the more important ones is motorcycles. (But, never, ever forget my ponding buddies!)
My ponds did just great this year. Had lots of babies and didn't really do any more than just look and watch them this year. the lilies bloomed like crazy. My new white one was a real beauty.
Now, here in WI, I'm shut down for the winter.
Fish are all inside for the winter, safe and sound, (and very happy)

Hope you all have a great winter,

Steve

Hi Steve,
Glad to hear from you. You get the weather before we do. Glad things are going well for you, your ponds and wet pets.

Hi Steve!  :)

The Joey Tomocik you gave me bloomed like crazy all summer long. Beautiful lily, thanks again.
Thanks for the fish, too! It was delicious.  O0

I was wondering if you had shut down yet. Have you had a nice Fall, weather wise?
We had a great Fall. I started shutting it all down today. Found four dead frogs in my primer pot strainer basket.

Man, Karen, you and your frogs.
I had one bullfrog, but he left for greener pastures long ago.
The ponds are shut down and the fish are inside, all safe and happy, the wood stove is cranking and all is well.

AND--a new bike in the garage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hope all is well with you, Kevin and the kids!
