Easter Heron

Came back from walking our dog this beautiful Easter Sunday afternoon, peeked out the

window and saw the Easter Heron.







I had been blaming the recent lost of about six fish to a pair of ducks that has been coming

around almost daily, but a new suspect has been found.

My DH used to have a small pond with fish. He also had pet ducks. They ate the fish.

The other problem with the ducks is that they stir up the muck at the bottom of the pond... when I get home I can tell if they've been there because the water's so murky...they're cute but I hope they move on soon.
