Just wanted to let everyone who offered advice, that she (the Duck) is now finishing her recovery in a friends mud pond ;), apparently there was nothing really wrong with her, she just needed a warm place to recoup and recover......... @O@

That's great, it sounds like a happy ending!  You are a very kind person to help the little duck, most people could care less about wildlife.
