I only see a lake!  Where's the pond?!   @O@

WOW!  Sounds like you're going to be a very busy ponder.  You'll have lots of work trying to find enough fish to fill that pond!  Will this be next door to your property now?  If I calculate 20 acres, that will basically cover most of my suburb!!!

Thanks all the pond is very nice but I plan on making it alot nicer by adding plants.

Annette this is approx. 5 miles from our current home.

There's currently a double wide home on the property and a 3 car garage/pole barn but after this is paid for, we will build a home on it.

Right now we're not sure what we're going to do with our current home, sell, rent or keep for a few years so this will be our vacation/weekend home for awhile.

Once it is officially ours, I will post alot more pix.. here's a few more from the realtors site.

Keep your fingers crossed that everything goes well with financing.  This one is alittle rare for the mortgage companies because double wides are not a favorable loan with them due to the foreclosure mess.
Many have offered a FHA loan but that's not the route we want to take, too much red tape and way too high closing costs, etc.   Going Friday morning to apply for a conventional loan with the bank that we have accounts with...

What kind of fish will you have?  There surely are lake fish there already.  Are you going to stock koi in that pond?  They will get HUGE!   :)

Beautiful!  Does it come with a ride on mower?  lol I think that would be one of the first things I'd buy!  First thing would be a row boat, so I could just float around that beautiful lake!

We're undecided about the pond as far as putting fish in there other than for fishing. (we fish for fun, just throw them back when we catch them)
The realtor said there pond is stocked with Bluegill and I thought he said Bass so if that's the case, Bass and Koi /Goldies won't get along too well. ( or that is what I've been told)

Also I think it might be just alittle big for my fish.   I love to hand feed and 'pet' them so I don't if their personalities would change with more room to roam.
Plus I'd have a heck of a time if one ever became ill or injured... so right now I am thinking to keep them out of this pond and build liner ponds for them.

Tammie currently looking at a Toro Zero Turn Mower, was going to go with a John Deere tractor but think a large zero turn might be the way to go.
They had a paddle boat but gave it to their son but DH said that we could buy one later on if I really wanted one..   :)

Bonnie that is absolutely stunning.  I don't think I'd be opting for pet fish in that either.  But definatly plants O0  Hmmm...wonder if you could even move that swing with that large wisteria on it. Hope when sitting there the bees leave you alone.  How nice to have a vacation home so close, on a day off you can be in both places at once.  However after taking care of 2 yards for many many years it can be a daunting task, but for you probably one with more love involved.  Do keep us updated, I'm so so happy for you, with all your recent problems this will be fun.
