Thanks. I guess a good thing someone remembers it since I keep forgetting today is the day! The mind is the first thing to go.
I had the day off work. Unfortunately, I also had SLT laser trabeculoplasty on my eyes for my glaucoma so it was not a fun b-day away from work. Mostly blurry vision all day which will last about a week and a dreary, cold windy day to top if all off so I feel mostly blind sitting in the house. I can stand to watch TV or use the computer for short periods of time before my eyes feel tired. The Doctor told me the laser worked very well (I've actually had this done before with good results) and the pressure in my eyes dropped a lot. Hopefully it stays low for a few more years now as a result. It is a bit of an uncomfortable procedure, but better than taking drops every day.
