Which Ponding Magazine Do You Like?

Also, where do you find them?  The average book store magazine stand doesn't carry much of a selection, and I know there are at least two ponding magazines.

Didn't know there were any Watergarden magazines out there anymore?

I subscribe to KoiUSA and KoiNations for my koi pond fix but miss a good watergardening one.

I Googled, and found this one.  You can pay $42 for 6 issues a year.  Or go to the site and find the link "Read the current issue" and read it on-line for free!

Seems geared toward professional pond builders.

I pick up the Ponds USA issue when it comes out but its only like twice a year I think.
There was a new ponding magazine that started up some time back but I have no idea if its still being published.
Those are the only ones I know about.
Some of the other magazines like Better Homes and Gardens have put out a special watergarden issue in the past but you don't see those very often. I buy one if I happen to see it.

I saved all my issues of WaterGardening Magazine, as well as all my issues of Pond and Garden. Also a few Koi publications. No need for anything else, except for books. Peter Robinson, Perry Slocum, Helen Nash, Derrick Fell, etc. I want to get some of the older books but never seem to have the budget.

The Water Gardener Magazine was the other one I was trying to remember. Doesn't appear that it is published any longer either.
I did find a website for it.
I hate the fact that magazines are struggling. I still like to look at them and thumb through them while watching TV. I simply don't want to read everything online. ::)

According to an article on this website there are no actual water garden magazines being published in paper form.

I would say that Ponds USA is about the only one out there now. You can still find the spring issue on the stands. I've seen them at Walmart, Petsmart and our Murdoch's (like Tractor Supply).

I did just find this one too, however I've never seen it here on the stands. Looks like it is a sister publication to Koi World and appears to be a quarterly.

I saved all my issues of Water Gardening Magazine going back to 1996, as well as all my issues of Pond and Garden but I don't know of any others. I occasionally buy the pond or koi ones that they have at Petsmart but not often. Ponds USA is that it?

I have Helen Nash's books The Complete Pond Builder etc. and quite a few other books too.
