has gone to the beauty parlor for a trim.  I'm all alone and it feels very strange cuz she's usually at my ankle all day, every day.

Here are the before shots . . . .

I can relate Teresa.

Mine used to go in on a Saturday, and the house was just so soulless and empty. Now I use a spot close to the office, so I can drop them off at lunch time, and bring them home with me at 5.

I am just used to being in the middle of a herd at all times.

Cheers,

Mike

Oh my doesn't she look so pretty!! What a difference. She's so cute. I don't know how you can keep her looking so white.
I'm so glad dirt doesn't show on my two. They are into ditches and rolling in dirt and wet grass all day long.

I'm not sure the new her is not very strange looking!  the bottom looks too skinny for the top. DH said I didn't get enough cut off the top, but I think there was too much cut off the bottom. . . . I miss her elephant legs.

However, she doesn't bring in every leaf within 100 feet of the house every time she goes out to piddle.  I guess there's something to be said for that. . . . tho I had gotten used to sweeping them out and DH hired someone to take down the river birch which dropped all the danged leaves.

Mike, she'd love all your kids . . . . she's only met two dogs she really didn't like - a 4 month old Jack Russell who was just too jumpy and a 14 week old West Highland who bounced on her head.  Other than that, she's loved every dog, puppy and behemoth she's met (and she's met more than a few cuz she walks 3 miles a day in a dog park).  They are adorable . . . .bring them to Atlanta!

I keep mine short too - for day to day ease of maintenance. When their hair gets longer, they also sweep the yard, especially the plumbago, and bring it to my bed. Oh yay.

Maryvonne - the boss? It has taken a few years, but the pecking order has settled down now. Alpha dog is Bear, the middle apricot one. Second is a somewhat uneasy tie between myself and Maggie, the little white one. Bottom of the food chain is then Andy. Having had a Siamese cat left to me, she has insinuated herself above Andy too.

Cheers,

Mike

Poor Andy!  Unless of course he just doesn't care!

They are adorable . . . not as cute as Casey, of course, but adorable!

They are cute John, but I'm not sure how you tell them apart!!!  I assume they are siblings?

Thanks Kim, I think she's pretty darn cute!
