Love it!  But it's a little bit out of my budget... :o  :tease:

I like the height restriction allowance only on that tower.  Cool!

Not that I have the cash, but $4 mil right on the beach is not outrageous. After 100 years odd, I an sure they have figured earthquakes into the story - hopefully.

4 million, seriously?  It's really cool, but not in Ohio....not with the tornadoes that we see.. :o  It's really stunning and CA is the perfect place for it.  People here are still pitching a bitch about the wind turbines... >:(-
