The Lotus that broke free of it's container was a wreck. No pads at all.
I divided and re potted them Planing to keep them in the cold greenhoust til spring.
The buggers looked so happy (slow release fertilizer) I placed them in the pond. Viola!
see three pads at the surface after just a few days. The weather has been glorious with the exceptio of wind.
We will be under 50 at night, but in the meantime let nature take it's course!
