I think it's very clever, besides being easy to put together, all you need is a couple plungers and a couple rolls of TP for a simple 2 lane relay.
A couple of glasses of wine before the relay would make it more fun too...seems like that is what they did too.

This is super! We are planning a baby shower, to which both men and women will be invited, and one of the hosts is going nuts with anxiety over the idea of games. I'm gonna send him this link. Should really calm him down.

We've done this before and it's a blast!
There's also the smaller version which is toothpicks and lifesavers.. each person has a toothpick in their mouth and you pass the lifesaver.
Some of the simplest games can be the best!
