Have some marginals ready for sale or trade
« on: April 27, 2009, 10:00:29 AM »
These are ready, I will have additional plants later, we've had a cold spring.

Cyperus alternifolius 'Gracilis'
dwarf umbrella grass
tropical, did really well in the greenhouse even when pond not heated. Greenhouse kept at 50*

It is in the center of the pond in the photo, growing taller in my greenhouse because it is stretching for light.

I have at least six divisions big enough for a 6" pot, $3 plus shipping or trade?

Equisetum scirpoides
dwarf horsetail
hardy, evergreen, not aggressive like the big one, 8" tall

In the octagon shaped pot in this picture

I have at least three divisions big enough for a 4" pot, $1 plus shipping or trade?

Carex nigra
black flowering carex,  hardy 10" blue/grey grass type plant, evergreen, does spread but isn't invasive

Have at least ten divisions big enough for a 4" pot, $1 plus shipping or trade?

WISH LIST:

miniature cattails. I am cattail death.
water lettuce
salvinia
frogbit

Truly named daylilies:
Blink of an Eye
Blue Eyed Butterfly
Little Angel Eyes
Little Damsel
Little Rosy O’Grady
Nano Probe
Starman’s Quest
Wild Horses
Wild Mustang
Risen Star
So Many Stars

I'm sorry, weather took a turn for the worse here with lots of rain  >:(- and some things came up  :D and I should not have posted these plants ready to trade yet.

I'll post again when I have them actually divided and potted up into ready to ship portions. Sorry.
