I'm so glad to hear you are at home recovering from a successful surgery; NO surprises.   O0    Rest well dear one, and I am praying for the rest of your very long life, you NEVER have to have surgery again.

Joyce, very glad everything went well.  I'm going to recall my Guardian Angel now.  At my age I never know when I might need his undivided attention.

Thanks everybody! Feeling better today. Throat is scratchy from intubation, but that's normal.
I'm staying home today, and it's supposed to rain all day...so here I sit.
Have a retirement dinner to go to tonight for the High School Principal who is becoming a good friend.
Now that she is retiring...the friendship can only get better
Wouldn't miss her dinner for ANYthing.
It's only a couple miles away at a waterfront restaurant (what isn't waterfront around here  ;) )
and if I get tired, we'll just go home.
So far XS Tylenol is doing the trick.
Peace to all  ... Joyce

Yup, I'm fine...still sore, but fine. And the entire area itches like poison ivy but I can't scratch it cuz it's so sore.  :(
I'm having a reaction to the tape on the dressing, probably the adhesive.
Just so you know how uncomfortable it is, it's right on my panty-line on the inside of my right hip bone.  >:(
This Tuesday is my follow up appointment to get the stitches out and to get that pathology report.
Once I get all that done and off my mind, I'll get back to 'normal'.  ----->  :woot:
Even though they are 99.99% sure that it was benign...I still worry.  :-\
Peace to all  ... Joyce

I'm glad it went well, Joyce.  I know waiting for the test results is nerve-wracking, but I'm sure it will be fine.

Keep us posted.
