Whisper a word for my wife tomorrow. She has to go to the hospital and have needles placed between the vertebrae of her neck. This has to be done while under an X ray and they will be injecting blockers into the nerves to kill the pain. She is awake during this procedure and after they inject the blockers they attach an electrode and stimulate the nerve with electricity until she can't stand it any longer. I will be there with my laptop and will keep you posted but I don't like this at all. Think of her tomorrow.

I so will........she will be in all my prayers....and in my thoughts all day...good luck bullfrog's wife..and to you please be by her all the time...she will so need it..and as I saw in the pics you love her so much so..no doubt you will be there.

She is a strong person...that sounds so painfull...all the good vibes going your way..

Bullfrog,

I'm so sorry what your wife has to go through. You're both in my prayers. Does she have some kind of nerve damage (sorry if you posted about it b4 and I missed it).

My fiance has RSD, a nerve problem, he had three or four sets of shots in his back to block the nerve, no help, now the doc wants to implant a permanent stimulator thing (can't think of the name right now) but workers comp keeps denying it.

Hope everything turns out well for your wife, she is very lovely!

A really bad car wreck broke her neck and left the bones really calcified, she now has arthritis in those bones and is in pain most of the time. Thank you for your prayers.

Ouch! All the best wishes and thoughts coming to her from across the Gulf. I too hope this procedure is the answer and she is out of pain.

Bullfrog, I've had that procedure, and they usually anesthetize (numb) the area first. It is definitely uncomfortable, but not unbearable. Good luck to your wife! I'll be praying for her.

Well she went in about 15 minutes ago. This is her third treatment and I'm sure it will be fine but I do appreciate the prayers and concern. At least Clint Eastwood "Two Mules for Sister Sara" is on T.V.

She sailed through the procedure and came out really hungry as she could not eat for 12 hours. She craved sushi so I took her to get some eel and I got a double cheeseburger from Jack in the Box. I thank you all for your prayers and well wishes. She has been through hell in this life. She did eight years in the penitentary and suffered many abusive relationships before we met. She has scars on her arms from being attacked by a rottweiler while her X just watched and did nothing to help her.

We met online and she was very honest, she said "I have to tell you something before this goes any farther, I have been arrested and I have done time." I said, "Me too! Where?" It turns out that we both served in exactly the same place, the reform school that I was sent to later became a woman's facility.

We do not judge each other because we both went astray and had a lot of bad relationships before we met. It is like we were mean't for each other and we are now old enough to really appreciate someone who really loves you without judgement of our past.

Anyway, she is good right now and I do thank you for all of the prayers.

I'm glad she did really good....Sorry to hear all she and u have been thought in ya'll younger days....sometimes u have to go thought hell and back before good things happen for u....I'm glad ya'll have found each other...sounds like ya'll love each other alot and thats a good thing....

Glad to hear that all went well today!

You and your wife have been through a lot and it sounds like the two of you are great for each other and you have done great for each other! I love to hear when it all comes together. I wish you both so much happiness and hope you have a long life together! You both deserve it!

. Hope you and Vicki both will be able to retire with good health and be able to have fun with your expeditions kayaking and adventures all over the country

Maybe we'll see ya in our travels when DH retires in 2 yrs if he ever gets called back to work that is
