One Shot - Two Kills
« on: November 14, 2006, 06:36:24 AM »
Fred (one of our drivers and an avid deer hunter) just shot 2 bucks fighting out in the nursery here at work,
killed both bucks with one shot. :o

One is a 9 pointer, and the other one was a 2 pointer.

I was just out looking at them in his truck.  8)

2 down, 2 million to go. ::)
Peace to all  ... Joyce

Please send Fred to me! There is a large buck ruining all our baby trees.

Is he going to save you a nice roast?  ;)

Yup, making venison stew tonight. 8)

Tim, the bullet went into the 9 pointer front left shoulder, came out right rear lung/flank.
Went into the 2 pointer left lung and out the right lung, kept on going. :o

There was another buck that got away, dodged the bullet. ;)

1500 gallon pond. Most residents are 11 yrs old. Most are Koi, with one 9 yr old bullhead catfish. Residents took a trip of one hr to their new home. We all moved to this home just over a yr ago. They love their new digs!

Jen, you should have seen Freds face when he came in through the back door here announcing what he had done.
So jubilant! So proud. And a bit stunned. He was definitely living his dream!
And he had been trying to get that 9 pointer all season. 8)
