I am hearing lots of talk around here (Washington) about rain gardens and was just wondering if anyone knows how to go about making one? We get lots of rain here and so it would be just perfect if I could do it myself

Not sure exactly myself but they are talking about them here on a garden show. I think they dig down 2ft or so and oh I don't know I will google it and see what I come up with. Thanks anyway.

Ok I checked it out on the web and this is what I found. I guess you just dig a hole and allow runoff from your gutter, roof etc. to collect in there and plant plants that like it wet somewhat and keep it maintained. I wonder if anyone here has ever had one or seen one in use?
