Whoa! Those babies really SWARM! Do they actually nibble skin off and do your feet look and feel better afterwards? If so, I'd have to toss my ped-egg and stick my feet in a pool of mollies!

My friend Paula, whose foot it is and whose voice you heard, says that her feet do feel smoother but that the best part is how it feels when they are doing it. She says they don't nibble but it is a great feeling.

Goldfish will do the same thing so just stick your feet in the pond...........and I bet koi would really be a strange feeling as they are so huge

Cool but weird. I saw somewhere that there is a manicure spa place that have some kind of small fishies that do the same thing as your mollies. They make a good living from it!! So you have a chance of a great business Jonna!

Me? With the fish? I would probably freak out or scream like a banshee!

The water lettuce has some aphids but I go out and wash them into the pond and the Mollies eat them. I'm really loving these Mollies, they eat algae even string algae, they clean your feet, they eat aphids, they swim into your hand to eat, they are pretty and they stay mostly at the top of the pond. They are great.

I read the news article (linked above) on the pedicure by fish that is offered in salons, they use a type of carp called a Doctor Fish. They are small like the Mollies but they are carp and they love dead skin.

That is Craig's Foxfire lily, isn't it gorgeous? I need to divide the lilies but first I want to find better containers and figure out how to do it. I can give Robie some divisions and I have some papyrus for him as well. If he doesn't need it then perhaps he knows someone here who would like it.

What a cute video! I think sticking your feet in the sand at the beach makes for a 200.00 spa treatment... never would have thought that fishies could do the same thing. LOL!

Interesting! I saw a similar film a few years back where the fish were nibbling at psorasis lesions, supposedly with positive results.

No sweetie but I was going to wait and send yours to you in the spring, not the fall. If you think they will do OK over the winter then I will send them.

Johns, my friend had a mosquito bite on her leg and she said the Mollies were right on it, she had scratched it so it was open. I think they are omnivores and eat any dead or decaying skin.

Si, entiendo perfectamente. Necesito hablar con Ud y Robie porque tengo papyrus para quien quiere y creo que los nenufares necesitan separar, hay hojas pequenos en el fondo de las maceta. Fui a Akumal pero ahorita estoy aqui en Mérida y quedo aqui 1 mas semana al menos. Llamame o email, OK?

My Angel fish seem to be doing their job, my Mollie population is not growing anymore and the Angel fish are getting much bigger.
