Ugh, my plate is heaping as it is, but a big reason for doing all of this is to slow down our lifestyle a bit. In Dallas, DH will return to school to finish up his degree which will give the kids more time at home and less time in daycare. The salary increase is equal to both of our incomes here and the cost of living is a little less there, so we can ideally maintain our current lifestyle from a financial aspect. As much as we love our home here, we also hate it at the same time. We've been on the fence about leaving for months, and right when it was time to make a decision, we were burglarized. Now I understand crime happens everywhere, and the rates are higher in Dallas, I just think it was sort of an indicator for us. We knew a move was inevitable in the next few years, so probably the sooner the better!
