It has been cold here the last week lows around 10 degrees and in the high 20's during the day. this is the worst that my pond has froze over and there is about 4" of ice in my barrels

Nice pic.  Not quite that cold here in southcentral PA, but low 20's here at night.  That's about 10 degrees colder than normal.  Already snowed 3x, pretty early.

My pond is frozen over except for the area around the trickle tower - early for being frozen over too.  Looks like it'll be a long winter . . .  :'( :swear:

At least we're not in Buffalo - over 18" of lake-effect snow last few days!

We had 5 days in a row with low single digets and highs in hig 20's.  No sun...overcast skys.  It finally warmed up Friday afternoon and it's 55* right now.  I had 4 inches of ice in my lily tanks

Yep....  Finally supposed to thaw out next week!!!!  Snowing very lightly right now, tho......

I've been IN the pond many times.....  Never thought I would ever be ON the pond!!!!

Rwinn that's crazy!  I guess I shouldn't worry about my koi then.... :o

Dave you be careful on the ice less you become fish food!

Our torrential rains have become a tropical rain since yesterday and the sun just broke through this morning and it's much warmer at lunchtime at 61*!
