A very good day!
 
I did a nice commercial for "Clemmy's Ice Cream" today.  It is great stuff and has NO sugar or Lactose!
I wasn't the "star", but they positioned me next to him.  I got to make lots of faces.
This ice cream is unique and I predict it will become BIG!  NO sugar, NO lactose!  Yes, plenty of calories. Many scientists feel that the calories are not the problem, but sugar is.
It is ideal for Pre Diabetics and Diabetics. I will tell my Internist about it.
  They fed us well too.
I was done in time to make it to an audition at Universal.  I thought I did well, but I Always say that.

The rule on auditions is, do it and ferhetaboutit or you will go crazy.

Nah, this is not a paid add, I wish!    Idea: they can pay us in ice cream!

Yup, and nothing came up for the city or my zip code. Have you tried it yet. Sometimes the low cal/low fat stuff isn't very tasty.

I bought it this morning at the market they gave me.  Very good rich and creamy.
Also had a taste at the shoot.  A choclate coverd one called "Clemmy Os"

That's good. Xylitol also does not promote tooth decay. I'm really glad they didn't use maltitol!  (insert fart sound here... )

Great info Karen.  It is not really for weight loss, but who knows what cutting back on sugar will do !
