Stole some flowers

She has pink peonies in bloom and they don't take care of them. They're gone besides so I stole 4 blooms to mix with mine.

Woo...wish I could see them in person.  I've never seen a real peony before.  Its too hot to grow them down here in Florida.
My next female cat will be called "Whata Lily"!

Oh what pretty colors.  I need to divide and move all of my peonies and iris.  They are usually blooming on Memorial Day and my Mom, Sister and I take bouquets to the cemeteries.  This year everything is early and they are long gone.  It's a tradition we have always done with Mom (she'll be 90 in June).  We watch the start of the race....go to the cemeteries........then go to Dairy Queen.   ;D

You know, if they're growing outside the fence, they're technically on public property, so snip away!

I tagged my neighbor on Facebook which sends the picture to her page. Her comment was, "What are neighbors for?" We've been neighbors for 35 year or so and raised our kids together and gone through some pretty terrible things with each other's families.

My peony didn't make any flowers this year except a small one that went straight to seeds!  So it's very nice to see your lovely bouquet!  Beautiful!

It's odd, I have two whites that started out as one and I divided it. They both blossomed nicely. Then there was a pink one that got divided so have two of those-----same kind. All 4 are in the same retaining wall garden along the pool. The one pink one is not going to blossom. It is more sheltered in the center of the row of growing things than the white ones. The tiny tiny, beebee size hint of a bud is brown and you can tell it just isn't going to do anything. We think it got frosted but don't understand why his Siamese twin is fine and the white ones are OK too.
