I like to ride Arabians too..more exciting  to ride an Arab !
A lady brought one over to our stable's when I was much younger ..(dad had several horse's),her husband died suddenly & the horse belonged to him , he was  a chestnut stallion with white socks & a nice blaze. She wanted me to "try" him out..put him through his paces to see what we thought of him...he was a very nice horse . She ended up selling him for a good price. I always wished dad would've bought him..aww well

Chocolate Palomino is just a term for a dark palomino.

Personally, I love Arabians above all other horses. I rode a chestnut Arab stallion for several years in high school and the barn where I ride now has at least six half Arabs. The owner was breeding fancy colored pinto, palomino and buckskin half Arabs that are soooo gorgeous but the horse market is terrible right now so she stopped breeding. Currently I've been riding a quarter horse but she has the personality of an Arab, very personable and always wants to go go go and fast.

It's hard to find a bad half Arab.  The Arab half is so dominant that many half Arabs look pure.

 Arabs are so smart. My half Arab mare understands a LOT of english. I trained her to give me a kiss on the nose last winter just by talking to her. She hated to kiss nose but I've got her likeing it now. She's a whore for corn.
