An appropriate name for such a royal beauty. King of Siam puts up its first bloom.

King of Siam is a great lily and even though the petals tend to burn in the summer it's still one of my favorites.

Blooming here too, Frank. I love all the Siams. King, Queen, Star, Amway and also
the red, Daeng Prasert.

Marie, is there really a lily called Amway or is that a typo? Amway, the soap company, is about 5 miles from here and I worked across the street from it for many years.

Gotta love the king. I received a tuber a few months ago. I'm still waiting on a bloom or two.
