Ufff sorry to see what happens.
Here also the water boils in my kiddie ponds, all the tropical tubers are getting soft.I had to try first time shade cloth and seems it will be ok.

Everything is burning here in AZ.  The banana tree by my pond is toast.

Yeahm my I need to move my Almost Black to the back pond where there is a little shade. Its poor blooms get fried.

Tropicals so far so good, but I am keeping a good eye on it.

My plants, even the water hyacincths, are burning. And I just heard on TV, no
relief in sight for this  heat!!!  Shudder to think of what the electric bill is going to
be.

So sad to see them like that. Almost Black will burn here too but there`s little chance of that happening here this year. Cooler than normal here this year.

My lilies are burning too. It was a 101 here yesterday. When I got home from work there was about 4 burned and crumpled up Pink Sunrises in the small tank as well as several others. I noticed this morning that Rubra and Attraction had blooms up but I'm sure they will be fried by the end of the day. Supposed to be 101 again, 103 tomorrow and its stinking hot!! We've got a bit higher humidity than we usually have so its very uncomfortable.
Some of my other plants are not doing well either because of the heat. Had to move some hanging baskets into shaded areas yesterday.

I took my hanging baskets down too.  I also did 30% water changes in a couple of tanks to help cool the water down and will do the others tomorrow.

I was priming siding this morning and dripping in the shade.  We aren't used to the higher humidity either.  We do not normally have a heavy dew in the mornings.  We've been having to pick the green beans in the evenings.

BUT thankfully we have had above normal rain.  The native grass is beginning to show drying for the first time today.  It is 94* WITH A HEAT INDEX OF 98*.
