Sean I have grown it since 2005. And as far as I know unless it has changed This is what was said about N minuta
: The information here was first published in the Water Garden Journal of the International Waterlily and Water Gardening Society Vol.20:No 4. Unfortunately the authors did not include a Latin diagnosis as is required when describing a new species. They then submitted it to the journal Phytologia. It was a duplicate of what was already published and did not include a Latin diagnosis either. The journal refused it. So the name N. minuta is invalid.
I have no clue if it was ever accepted?
