Another beautiful Lily from Kat and another!!
« on: July 18, 2010, 05:33:32 PM »
Kat thanks for another beautiful lily, this is Perry's Orange Sunset.  I love the color, this picture does not do it justice it is a much deeper salmony orange, and I love the way it sits so high off the water, this is going to become a favorite I have a feeling.  Also my Lily Pons has 4 more buds on it,

Wow that is nice. I have seen orange sunset at the water gardens store before but that bloom is gorgeous.

Perry's Orange Sunset is a great lily if you've got the room for one.  The blooms are a wonderful color & the lily is a great bloomer.  So glad you are happy with it & even better that you've got more Lily Pons buds  @O@ @O@

There is never enough room for all of the water lilies that I want ;-)

Very pretty! I really like Perry's OS too. Mine has been blooming like crazy.
Pink Ribbon is very pretty too. I'm wondering if Pink Ribbon doesn't like my cooler water temps. Mine is still struggling, never has put any pads up to the water's surface. Its just sitting there with a few little pads on the tuber. It should have started growing by now but I'm wondering if it doesn't like cooler water because its acting like a hardy lily does when its dormant through winter.

My new Pink Ribbon has it's 5th bloom up and at least 3 more buds.  Lots of pads also.

I'm SO jealous you have a pink ribbon bloom already! I don't have any blooms on mine yet.  I got a bloom on POS yesterday too!

BEAUTIFUL!
