Just came inside from snapping a couple of a night bloomer. It was also shadow dancing. Wish my boys light would have been off.

I had to wait for a few minutes because the camera lens was steaming up from being in the cold house. I had wiped it off several times, but it must have been fogging back up on the first pic, however I love the way it turned out. I think I will have that one blown up and framed and hang it in my room. I wanted a pic of a white lily for in there and I think I have it. What do you all think?

Kim your pictures are STUNNING

......so crisp and clear! o many blooming at once and multiples of the same bloom, lucky you I seem to only get one bloom at a time. Love your night bloomer! it is such a shame they don't bloom longer in the morning, night shots are hard to get, but yours is GREAT.

Your pictures are amazing, everyone of them.
Tell me about the first ones with blackeyed susans and the hyacinths. Do you have the blackeyed susans in the water?
You have great subjects to shot at and your photograpghy skills are over the top, Wow... What camera do you use? Can certainly see them framed.

Such pretty pictures of beautiful flowers. I especially like the first one of the night bloomer - it looks like it's dancing!

TY everyone for the kind compliments....Its just a old Olympus 740uz. The blackeyed susans are just planted next to the stock tank, and they are blooming huge. This is the first year since I moved some to that spot that they grew and bloomed like this. There just tall enough, and big enough that there leaning over to the stock tank. It just happened to catch my eye.

Photo skills, not, just luck....

I also like to plant tall flowers next to the tanks or put pots on stands.

My 19 yo son is really into photoshop art. I had to show him this picture. He was amazed when I told him that your camera was fogging in the first picture. I told him you wanted to hang this in your room and he asked if he could barely highlight one edge of the stem before you do. He also said that little wrinkle on the petal on the left would look amazing if he could turn it into a small water droplett.

The picture is perfect as is. It would make a fabulous piece of art for your house.

Kim your plants and pics are terrific. That first pic was so stunning and with such brilliant colors, I couldn't wait to see the next one, and the next one, etc. Beautiful!

Kim, your photos are great! I love the combo of the purple hyacinths with the black eyed susans... so pretty.

I bought a Oly stylus 850, but didn't like it as much so I went back to using the "old" 740 uz. It's a great camera.
