I saw that when I turned on my Yahoo page. I would say yes it is fake....if the fish were 30 lbs I think it would be difficult to hold that big slim weight so easily in his hands. It should at least be leaning on the guys chest....imo.

Very photoshoped, that fish looks to be at least 150 lbs and that skinny little guy wouldn't be strong enough to hold that much weight directly in front of him, on another note, the reflection of the water would also be orange, not black.

Not possible. I'm with Sean on the reflection part. Think about when you take a picture of a lily from above, often you get a reflection of the lily, not a black spot.
